There’s nothing like a clove of baked garlic! Garlic contains many nutrients for our body and baked garlic tastes so good!
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Bake time: 20 minutes
- Ingredients: Whole garlic cloves, Olive Oil Salt
- Directions: Cut the clove of garlic in half so you have a top half and a bottom half. The top half may try to fall apart when cut in half. Just do your best to hold the cloves together. Cutting nearer to the bottom of the clove will help keep it together. Place each half into a foil lined cupcake pan. Drizzle Olive Oil over the halves. Season with salt.
- Bake at 350 degree’s for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Eat the cloves straight out of their halves. Using either a fork or your hands you can “pop” the cloves out of their little pockets when they are done.
