If you enjoy Alfredo sauce then you’re sure to enjoy this chicken Alfredo! You can easily omit the chicken breast for a vegetable Alfredo too!

6 oz. Uncooked fettuccine 2 Tbl butter ½ tsp garlic, finely chopped 1 ½ cups chicken breasts cut up into 1/2″ squares
1 – 17 oz package mixed vegetables
1 cup sour cream 4 oz American cheese, cubed 2 -3 Tbl milk
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Rinse with hot water: Drain. Set aside.
In a large skillet melt butter until sizzling. Stir n garlic. Add chicken and vegetables. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until vegetables are crispy tender and chicken is heated through (5 – 7 minutes).
In a small saucepan stir together all sauce ingredients. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Serve chicken mixture over cooked fettuccine.
Serve with hot garlic bread and a fresh salad!
