Shrimp Foo Yong

1 cup small salad shrimp 6 eggs, slightly beaten ½ can Chinese vegetables
½ tsp salt 1 tsp. Soy Sauce Dash pepper Dash of five spice 2Tbs oil
3 scallions, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 Tbs oil
Cook onions and garlic in 1 Tbl oil until tender.
Combine eggs, shrimp, vegetables, soy sauce and seasonings in bowl.
Heat 2 Tbs oil, add egg mixture one large spoonful at a time cooking slowly. When cooked on one side turn and cook the other side. Put cooked ones on a platter and keep in a warm oven until ready to sere.
Top with Chinese Brown Sauce..
