Turkey Parmesan

The turkey fillets need to marinate overnight for this recipe.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Bake time: 1 hour 20 minutes


Soak: The night before serving soak the turkey fillets in buttermilk.

6 turkey breast fillets, cut into ½ “ strips 2 quarts milk, put in fridge overnight.


3 cups crushed Ritz crackers 2/3 cup fresh Parmesan, grated 1 cube butter

½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp. Pepper ½ tsp. Salt

Chicken flavored rice


Mix crushed Ritz crackers and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Roll turkey fillets in crumb mixture. Place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper and salt.

Pour buttermilk on top, then pour butter on top of that.

Cover bowl and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes, removing cover for the last 20 minutes. This is a good time to start the rice.

Serve over the chicken flavored rice pilaf.
